As Executive Vice President of Finance for OC Reilly, Dave brings a great deal of experience and expertise to the healthcare and higher education spaces.
With more than 15 years of serving organizations across multiple industries, he is recognized for delivering high-impact solutions that strengthen financial strategy, transparency, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Dave strengthens organizations’ finance functions by improving processes, controls, and financial insights. He brings significant expertise in revenue cycle optimization, system turnarounds, expense and productivity management, and organizational change initiatives across healthcare organizations.
He drives new project growth and business development by delivering expertise across high-impact advisory areas, including:
- Complex financial transformation and performance improvement
- Interim executive leadership, including interim CFO roles
- Financial strategy, governance, and controls enhancement
- Labor and productivity optimization
- Service-line profitability
- Accounts Payable (AP) optimization
Hailing from Western NY, Dave brings strong connections there and throughout the country. In his spare time, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, Jamie and son, Danny. In addition, his interests are traveling and golf.
Dave is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Master of Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Mercyhurst University.
