As Senior Advisor Supply Chain / Ancillary Services Raymond Moluski utilizes long-time expertise assisting clients in achieving their business and financial goals.
Ray recently served as Vice President of Supply Chain and Support Services for UPMC International. He has more than 30 years of diverse healthcare experience in corporate shared service areas as well as hospital operations. Prior to joining UPMC International, Ray was Vice President of Facilities and Support Services at UPMC Hamot in Erie, Pennsylvania. In that role, Ray oversaw completion of the construction of a new women’s hospital renovation of the primary patient tower as well as many other major construction projects. He also had direct oversight of multiple ancillary service areas, including Supply Chain, Police and Security Biomedical Engineering, Laboratory Services, Dietary, Housekeeping, Property Management, Environmental Services and Central Sterile Processing.
Previously Ray served in manager and director level positions in UPMC Corporate Supply Chain in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he was responsible for hospital integrations into central supply chain services. He was functional lead in establishing a common technology platform for supply chain management, establishing process automations while maintaining adequate levels of controls and transparency and improving customer service and operational efficiencies on an ongoing basis.
He also led other corporate-wide efforts such as emergency preparedness and efficiency initiatives.
Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University, State College, Pennsylvania.
